The Federation of Dining Room Professionals is proud to recognize all individuals who have completed their Professional Certification in 2009.

These industry professionals have demonstrated their commitment to great hospitality through an appreciation for exemplary service. At the Master level, we highlight the following individuals:

Greg Gaskins, a Sportservice General Manager for the Cleveland Indians continuously seeks innovations in improving the knowledge of his staff through training in various areas of service. Mr. Gaskins was awarded his FDRP Certified Dining Room Master (DRM)™ credential this past December.

Matt Toaromino has demonstrated the true essence of hospitality in many aspects of his career. His night club, Matty T's, in partnership with the Leukemia Society of America attracted local bands to an annual event to raise support and awareness for this debilitating disease. Mr. Toaromino continues his career at the Gideon Putnam Hotel in Saratoga Springs, NY and was awarded his Hospitality Grand Master’s Certification (HGM)™.
